1. Data Collected via Website and Checkout Pipeline
When you purchase a digital license on our platform, we collect and store standard WooCommerce order metrics to process transaction handshakes:
- First and Last Name
- Billing Address and Location Data
- Email Address (used for order fulfillment and license communication)
- Payment metadata (processed securely via encrypted third-party gateways like Stripe or PayPal; we do not store raw credit card numbers)
2. Data Collected via External API License Validation
To protect against piracy and enforce product license caps, the Digital License Manager endpoint (/wp-json/dlm/v1/) collects specific telemetry from your machine during software verification loops:
- License Key: The alpha-numeric string purchased during checkout.
- Hardware Fingerprint / Device ID: A unique cryptographic hash generated from your system hardware components (e.g., motherboard UUID or MAC address) to track simultaneous active activations.
- Platform Info: The active operating system architecture environment (e.g., Windows 10/11 or Linux via Wine/Proton).
- IP Address & Network Timestamps: Collected for fraud prevention, server load management, and network geolocation consistency checks. [1, 2]
3. Data Not Collected (Privacy Guarantee) [1]
Our core software architecture respects complete player privacy:
- No Game Data Logging: We do not read, log, intercept, or scrape data from your game files, processes, memory structures, or account profiles.
- No Screen Recording: The ultra-low latency pixel buffer runs strictly inside your local volatile RAM workspace. Screen-capture loops used for real-time color detection are never compressed, saved to disk, or sent to our external servers.
- No Keystroke Tracking: We do not run background keyloggers. Input simulation runs one-way from the application to your virtual HID keyboard system driver.
4. Data Retention and Decryption Security
- All stored license keys are heavily obfuscated and safely handled using advanced cryptographic database files (
defuse.txt) inside our server’s storage systems. - Device activation ties are broken immediately when a user fires a
licenses/deactivatecall from their application menu. - Order information is held permanently to handle historical license recovery and refund evaluation requests unless a direct user removal ticket is processed.
5. Legal Compliance (GDPR & Swiss FADP) [1, 2, 3]
Pursuant to international data tracking compliance parameters (including European GDPR and the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection), users maintain full control over their metadata ecosystem: [1]
You hold the right to demand complete deletion of your records, provided the target order does not possess an active, unexpired license subscription layer.
You retain the right to query what information is held against your profile.
