Terms and Conditions & End-User License Agreement (EULA)
Last Updated: May 2026
Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before downloading, installing, or utilizing the mmorpgHelper software suite (“Software”) operated by our team (“Us”, “We”, “Our”).
1. License Grant and Workspace Scope
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to utilize the Software on individual desktop machines strictly in accordance with your purchased Digital License Manager tier allocation limits.
2. Dynamic Automated Interactions and Account Integrity
- The Software operates strictly as an external “virtual player” utilizing color-scanning pixel monitoring buffers and hardware-level emulated keyboard input triggers.
- We do not modify target game clients, inject code, hook into external .exe processes, or manipulate active game memory.
- Assumption of Risk: While the Software integrates human-like input mechanics and randomized keystroke delays to avoid automated identification, you explicitly acknowledge that using automation tools may violate the Terms of Service of third-party game publishers.
- We accept zero liability for any account restrictions, suspensions, rollbacks, or permanent bans issued by third-party gaming networks or anti-cheat engines resulting from your deployment of the Software.
3. License Key Management and Validation Framework
Sharing, distributing, or leaking license keys will trigger immediate, permanent license revocation without a refund.
Each software deployment requires real-time remote network validation via our licensing endpoints.
You agree not to bypass, manipulate, reverse-engineer, or spoof the API license authentication packets (/wp-json/dlm/v1/*).

4. Digital Delivery and Order Status Mapping
- Instant Fulfillment: License keys are generated automatically upon successful payment processing. The license key index remains unassigned, locked, and unresolvable by remote software clients until the order transaction status hits “Completed” or “Processing” in our database.
- Refund Exclusions: Due to the irreversible nature of digital product distribution, once a license key has been successfully validated or activated on a device endpoint (
licenses/activate), the order is deemed fully consumed. It is no longer eligible for refunds or chargeback claims. - System Upgrades: We reserve the right to revoke specific licensing nodes if cryptographic files (
defuse.txt/ database encryption keys) require maintenance, migration, or security hardening patches.
